1. Can any Merchant around the world use UseMyBank’s services?
UseMyBank understands that the internet is a global business platform, and we welcome Merchants and their Customers from all corners of the Globe! UseMyBank services are currently available to more than 1.6 billion online banking customers around the world and we are growing every day. 2. How does UseMyBank work?
UseMyBank is secure, convenient and easy to use! It works with the Customer’s existing online banking service, and there is nothing to download or install on their computer

• Your Customer simply selects UseMyBank at checkout
• Customer selects their Financial Institution from the menu*
• Customer logs in to their online banking with their usual user ID & password.
• Customer approves the payment to complete the purchase.
• Funds are moved from Customer’s bank account to a UseMyBank ‘holding’ account in real time
• Customer is returned to Merchant site
• Merchant and Customer both receive the appropriate transaction notifications
• Total time of transaction is comparable to a credit card transaction

3. How does this benefit the Merchant?
When your Customers pay using online banking – their payments are made in real time – that means the normal risk of ACH and Echecks is virtually eliminated! And – just as important – you are opening the door to huge group of potential buyers that can’t or won’t use a credit card for online purchases. 6. Is UseMyBank secure?
UseMyBank’s Anti-Fraud technology provides your Customers with one of the safest ways to purchase online, and eliminates the need for you to store sensitive personal and financial data. The Customer is authenticated by their own bank, and the transaction is actually taking place at the bank – not on your site, minimizing any potential risk of fraud or chargeback. And you are giving your Customers an alternate way to pay – using a bank they trust!
